Go ahead and share a story or two about stupid people you've encountered.
I got out of the movies at about 1am last night. I came home and decided I'd get something to eat and then just crash for the night. I drive to a 24/7 McDonalds. The lady says they are closed. (Wtf mate? ) So I'm determined to get my McDonalds since it's 3:00am and I'm already on the road. I pull up to the next McDonalds and the lady in front of me asks for fries without salt. Are you kidding me?
I'm on the verge of passing out behind the wheel and we spend the next 30 minutes watching a retarded drive thru worker try to communicate with a ghetto ***** over french fries without salt. 20 minutes just to get my order sorted because her retarded-ness rubbed off on him before she could pull away.
Well, I've got plenty of petty moments from my calculus tutorials of people asking stupid questions that either come straight from the textbook, or don't require rocket science to get. There's also this lady in my Latin class who also asks stupid questions. And not to mention several times in lectures where dumbasses forget to turn off their cellular phones or set it to vibrate. Unfortunately, I can't remember anything recently big with stupid people; just lots of small cases.
As a side note, did someone notice that it says "Dedicated with Love to ZranX" in the title?

Now that you mention stupid people on forums, that reminds me of a certain yaoi artist or three that went to set up another yaoi gallery with some friends in leu of recent events at Y!Gallery, then ditched the project, calling it a scam, and trying to influence other people with an overinflated ego. I think the disagreement started when one of the project creators said her artwork was "amateurish" in response to her request for a critique.
Just one of my many stories would be an ex-classmate of mine. Ever wondered what it's like to have an incarnation of Sponge Bob in your class? It's a bee-otch of a hell. T_T
One of the most idiotic individuals I ever met was in a web design class I had to take (I say "had to", because it was required for my program and I was lightyears ahead of everything the class covered).
First off, the guy couldn't figure out FTP, and insisted on asking questions every few seconds that were so blatently stupid that even the instructor was fed up with him by the end of the course. Which would have been quasi-understandable had this been his first web design class. But it wasn't. In fact, he was due to graduate at the end of that semester... in COMPUTER SCIENCE.
Once I went over to the pet shop, for no apparent reason.
Anyways, they had this huge ass parrot in there, but I don't remember what kind. It was red, with a long blue tail.
Anyways, it was in a cage, and I was in the back of the store, and I heard the parrot screeching its head off. I went to leave, and as I walked by it, I saw about six people gathered around the bird, all closed in on its cage. Suffice to say, the parrot was freaking the hell out. Too many people around it I guess, it got scared and started screaming. Screaming so loud that it hurt my ears.
It was easy to see it was scared. I can't understand parrot, but I'm guessing the type of screeching it was doing wasn't demanding, joyful or hostile, it was flat out FEAR.
If you took a baby by the leg and swung it around outside a window you'd probably hear more or less the same kind of sound.
Unless I'm abnormal, that's what I concluded, but it didn't seem to catch up to those people around the parrot. it was screaming so ****ing loud, and none of the people left it alone. They kept talking to it in that stupid voice with those stupid comments and sentences people use when speaking to their pets, like; what's wrong, little buddy? You wanna tell me what's going on?
Uhh..did that guy really think the parrot was going to ****ing answer him? Couldn't any of these people see it was dead scared? Nobody moved to give the bird its space and let it calm down. They just stood there sticking their faces in the cage and chatting to it. The girl working there eventually had to tell them all to leave it alone. She took the parrot out and brought it in the back of the store and closed the door.
I just couldn't believe it...was it that hard to figure out the parrot was scared? I STILL don't believe it.
I mean some days before that I went to check out the same parrot, and nobody was around, only a few people. I guess I got too close, it kind of like puffed up all its feathers and started snapping its beak. I took it as a hint; the bird was telling me to **** off. And so I did. Those other people should have been able to figure it out too, even though it was showing signs of fear and not hostility.
Unless they thought they could calm it or something, I guess...But in my book they were just morons.
But that's ok, I do a lot of stupid things too. Fwa.
