BREAKING NEWS! (Actually the following happened yesterday)
First: Sharon: ‘Israel is at war’ , 16 dead in Haifa, W. Bank attacks; firefight in Arafat’s HQ.
"March 31 — *Following two new suicide bombings against Israeli civilians on Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon told his nation: “Israel is at war — a war against terrorism.” Calling Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat an head of a “terrorist coalition” Sharon vowed relentless strikes against militants. The latest attacks in Israel which killed at least 16 people and wounded dozens more, came as Arafat was under siege in his Ramallah headquarters, trapped by the Israeli military. But Arafat’s spokesman scoffed at Sharon’s speech, saying he brought the attacks on his people." - MSNBC Breaking News.
