Welcome Wanderer!!!
Please join our band of freedom fighters at the Balamb Garden Military Academy now!! Help us in order to restore Final Fantasy Republic (FFR), Athenia Online (AO) & Final Fantasy Forums (FFF) Kingdoms to their former glory. Together we will rid these realms of the Evil Sorceress that's sending FFR, AO, & FFF Kingdoms to the Realm of darkness using Time Compression.
This club was established for new and old members alike. Balamb Garden Military Academy (BGMA) is primarily a Role Playing (RP) clan you do not however need to participate in the RP if you do not wish to do so. We also welcome members who just want to hang out and have fun!! As we grow new Kingdoms will be added to our lists as well as positions.
The secondary purpose of BGMA is to train new members and help them to become excellent soldiers. In this club you will be able to express yourself freely as long as you follow the basic rules of FFR, AO or FFF. There are no special requirements for entry, so feel free to join. As with all clubs, clans, and guilds we do ask that you follow some of the guidelines listed below.
Rules of Balamb Garden Military Academy:
1.) Follow the basic rules of etiquette outline on the FFR, AO or FFF forums.
2.) Post at least once a week on either the FFR, AO or FFF forums.
3.) Help those in need on the forums to the best of your ability.
4.) Welcome new members to the boards.
5.) Be kind to your fellow Soldiers and others on the boards.
6.) Notify members if you will be having an extended leave of absence in the FFR.
7) If you don't post for 21 days without reason=Demoted by 2 ranks.
8) If you don't post for 28 days without reason=Took of the Members list. This will happen if you don't notify us about your extended periods of absence at the academy.
Ranks and Position Overview:
In this Academy all new comers will start as a Class 5 cadet. If you're an old member of FFR, AO or FFF, your entry level will be higher depending on your Reputation Points or on how long you've been a member of FFR, AO or FFF. For further information of ranks and positions that are available refer to the Rank Section and Positions Section.
Your current status and your work (threads and posted opinions for example) in FFR, AO or FFF, will cause your rank to increase. The ranks will help you in order to get more privileges and responsibilities at the academy, but you will also have more work to do.
Depending on your position in the Academy you will be assigned to different missions. Some missions will be communicated to you on this thread depending on the needs of the Academy. Other missions such as secret missions will be sent to you by PM. If you want to join us you just need to post at the BGMA thread in FFR, AO or FFF with the following information.

Administrative Positions:
Administrative Advisor/Balamb Garden's President: He is in charge of maintaining full order and respect at the Academy. He's also in charge of assigning TOP-SECRET missions as well as assigning the new Headmaster(s). I as the founder of this club will always be the Administrative Advisor/President.
Headmaster: The current leader of the Balamb Garden, he is in charge on assigning new positions and special missions to the members and he is responsible for maintaining order at the Academy. The leader will change monthly or sooner depending on the actions of the current Headmaster.
Garden Master: He is in charge of helping new people on the academy and he is the third in command after the headmaster. It is the duty of the Garden Master to help the headmaster with the organization of the academy. Every decision must be approved by The President of the academy, The Headmaster and the Garden Master. Also the opinion of all the members of the academy is extremely important.
Head Instructor: The head instructor is in charge of the Rank System. The responsibility of the head instructor is to assign the current ranks for the new members as well as increasing the ranks of everyone. The Head instructor will be the one in charge of other instructors' performance.
Head Strategist and Tournaments' Judge: The Head Strategist will be in charge of the battles that the Academy will participate on. He will be in charge of the battle tournaments and training sessions that every member will participate on. The head instructor will also be the judge of every battle that takes place at the Academy. Also the only way to achieve this position is to be a member for at least six months or if you are an expert on the battle system.
Disciplinary Committee: They are in charge of judging and selecting the types of punishments assigned to problematic members. The committee is formed by the leader and his five advisors. The current leader of the committee will be able to select his own advisors for the committee. The punishments will be taken from Reputation Points. Depending on the situation, punishments can lead to temporary suspensions. Reputation Points taken form a member will be donated to the treasury (no more than 15 points).

General Positions:
Strategist: The strategist s the one in charge of bringing new important info on other club's plans and news.
Instructors: They are in charge of new members training and training missions. The instructor's responsibility is to assist other members in the development of the academy and also help new members with their posting. There is a limit of 15 instructor positions.
Treasurer: Is the one in charge of giving the prices and other things.
General: The one in charge of field missions and the Sergeants supervisor. In this position you will be assigned as the leader of your own personal group of three SeeD cadets. You will be able to select the cadets for your own personal group.
Sergeant: In this position you will be assigned as the leader of your own group of a limit of 8 trainees and two SeeD cadets. You will be in charge of supervising the development of SeeD cadets on field missions.
Ranks :
How to rank up? That's easy. You just have to post good threads and behave well. Follow orders and you will be fine.
Basic Ranks: Depending on your behavior in this academy and your post threads you can level up your rank from class 5 (the lowest) to 1 (the highest). When you succeed on reaching class 1, you will have the opportunity of becoming a SeeD cadet.
SeeD Cadet: They're the Elite Soldiers of Balamb Garden. In order to become a SeeD you need to do good threads and help this place become the best club for starters. There are different kinds of classes: The ranks for SeeD go from class E to S. From highest to lowest there is class S, A, B, C, D, and E. When you achieve class S, you will have the chance of having an Administrator, position.

Now everyone, we shall reinforce the castle's walls and we shall begin to forge weapons for our troops. We should prepare our strategy based on the current situation.
Dark Fayte, I want you to seek for the possible members (3) that will be part of your team "The Dark Squad".
Zalamander, you will assist Kentaro to device our battle plan.
Kentaro, you shall continue to lead this Garden and you will help Zalamander to device our strategies for the coming battles.
Althalus, you shall continue to recruit more soldiers and you will help me to reinforce our defenses.
As soon as the game arrives, we shall begin the battle training for our troops.
I've been thinking of proposing an alliance with the Aelude Guard in order to assist the King of Purlana against the battle with an enemy that we have in common, the Azorius Senate. Does everyone agree that we should assist the Aelude Guard and let them become our allies?

We have added new rules to the academy.
Here are the new rules:
If you don't post for 14 days without reason=Demoted by 2 ranks.
If you don't post for 24 days without reason=Took of the Members list.
These rules, however, will be applied if you don't notify us first if you are having long periods of absence.
AK and Dark Fayte are busy at work so they won't be posting so often. They have already notified the reasons of their absence so the new rulse WILL NOT apply to them.
Zalamander will take Sunshine's place as the new Head Strategist. Congratulations Zalamander!

Greetings cadets, I have some bad news to communicate you all. Our comrade, the great Sunshine, has left the FFR, in other words, he has fallen to the darkness that is consuming this world. Even if he is gone, we will never forget him, for he was one of our greatest friends. He helped me in my first days as a n00b giving me his support as a comrade, as a brother, as a friend. That's why, as the president of the BGMA, I'm adding Sunshine's Signature to the acadmy's first page in memory of a friend that tried to help us with his wisdom, his advice and his trust. He was a friend, he was a warrior, he was a cadet of the BGMA, and most of all he was, and he will always be. our brother in arms. May God bless the memory of this man, and may God help him to find his way back to the path of light.

His shirt is made from black silk and is an open tie shirt with ruffles at the cuffs. Over his shirt he is wearing a floral print vest with reds, golds, and light blues. His pants are made from a light loose fitting black leather also with gold embroidery and gold buttons. He wears a belt around his waist that has a silver dragon belt buckle with an emerald green eye. Over his coat he carries a black leather bandolier with silver trim and accents that hold his double bladed gun blade.

Ok I have great news for new comers. Everyone that joined the FFR between the months of May, September and October, 2006, will become a Class 3 or a class 2 cadet of this Academy depending on the day you joined. This offer will last until the last day of October.
So Kantaro and Althalus Kirvar, because you were the first ones to join, you are now a Class 1 cadet.

Yeah and remember that you and Althalus Kirvar will be the only ones to receive the privilege of becoming SeeDs class “S” at the beginning because you were the first ones to join. The next 5 joiners will be awarded with the SeeD rank class “E” and the others will have to work their way to the top (but remember to tell them that is not so hard). When we get at least 8 members I will proceed to assign the administrative positions. The next Headmaster will be selected by the new comers in the elections for that position by voting for their candidate and I will not interfere with the results and neither will I vote for a specific candidate.
