Club District
R U L E S & R E G U L A T I O N S
Welcome to Final Fantasy Republic's esteemed Club District. In this area, you can create and join clubs to celebrate characters, people, games, among other things. We're glad to have you here, but for the sake of those around you, please check out the rules and guidelines below.
Registering Clubs
Final Fantasy Republic has an open registration policy where anyone can post a new thread and establish a club of their choosing. Be forewarned; any clubs not following forums guidelines will be removed instantly.
Conduct Guidelines- Cleanliness and Maturity
Our forums staff has become far more lenient as of late. Thus, we have a more open policy on behavior and conduct within these clubs. Rest assured, however, if any forums rules are broken, the club and/or it's members will suffer the consequences. - Bumping and Double Posting
Please avoid double posting. The Edit button still exists; use it to it's fullest potential. Bumping a thread can still only be done once a week; violators of this rule will have their club closed. - Posting In A Club You Don't Belong In
Since this is becoming an issue, no one is allowed to post in a thread they're not members of unless you're asking for admission into the club. Those who disobey this rule will be issued warnings; please do your best to follow the letter of the law.
Non-Exclusivity Act
Final Fantasy Republic works under the policy that you can join as many clubs as you choose. Do your best to remain active in the case that you register for a multitude of clubs. Being inactive defeats the purpose of your admission.
Duplicate Clubs
Duplicate clubs, whether done out of spite or not, are not allowed. We will delete the first duplicate found sans warning.
The Right To Removal & Denial
The club leaders have the authority to remove or deny access to any member at their discretion. Moderators will not grant any requests to be forced into a club against the club owner's will. You can be denied access and/or removed for any reason at all so please keep that in mind.
Any breaches of any or all of aforementioned laws can be directed to me or any staff member. Happy posting!
