Well I use photoshop elements.... which is a cheap version of the REAL photoshop program... you can download photoshop on like bit torrents but you need fast internet connection. I don't advise it because you still need a registration code and though some might come with a code, it could be filled with viruses and stuff.
Befor I had this I'd used dinky programs like photo impression. I'm not sure if you can download those anywhere though. |
