There are ready-made Flash image viewers available on the 'nets, that can show a set of images in a neatly animated photo book of sorts. The downside of systems like that is that they have to download all the images at once.
An alternative would be a web 2.0 / AJAX appliance that requests an image from the server every X seconds. The server would keep track of what picture you're at at that moment, and update the image you're seeing at that moment with the next one in the slideshow. |
