Kaosu rose up out of the ground as it hard turned night finally. He looked up as he pressed his hands against the hard earth. He had been in the thickest parts of the Earth. The only thing that was around him was the thick hard crusted land where the sea was close by. He carried himself up right like any normal human, but his flexibility was strange. He could bend and move like an ape for his digging had curved his back to an extent. His claws hitting the earth, he pulled himself up making sure that none of his weaponary hit the earth. He had made a whole where he climbed out of. No one would ever venture in to it for they would not be able to see it the tunnel he had spent a year on making. His home was in the mines of where he would dig and dig for things he could shape in to weapons.
He stepped out of the hole looking around to make sure he was fine. He saw nothing and stepped out. His build was small, but he had muscles for such a young and small earth dweller. He had been digging and climbing around so softly and quietly that it had given him the edge for it. He looked up his eyes not the normal color of a human's. They were of a very light color to absorb what little remanents of light was left. His eyes were of a white color. The pupil being wider to absorb light allowed him to see what was around him. The atmosphere clear he walked around thinking of what he would want to eat. It seemed the best food for right now was a fruit of some sort. He walked near by to the forest were vegetation just started. The lava had made the places around him full of rich soil. So, stepping out of his house, was a perfect store for good. He grabbed a few handfuls of fruit and ate them listening and crawling away from them. He would be done after eating three fruits for they were as big as his head. His ears perked up as he felt the presence of another. He crawled to his hole on his legs holding the fruits in the other slowly coming up on his hole. All the enemies of his knew that for him to be close to his whole means he had the advantage. They would keep away he hoped.
He swallowed the last bit and waited patiently pulling out his long bow and standing to his full height readying himself. |
