Ok, before I even begin, I must say this. You cannot build a house without the materials. Likewise, an interview needs backbone and structure. Phillip has to be the most shallow guy I know, thus, no flesh and meat to discover, he's pretty much a constant guy xD So this is a crap interview and i'll show you why I interviewed him... This is without any planning xD
