Nice work, although too plain. Now, as far as placements go, it's well placed and the color seem to blend a lot. It gives a relaxing vibe yet you feel like in a twilight zone. As far as the font goes, you should've used another one, because that one does not really go well with that. Try something a little more smaller yet nice and eye catching. May I suggest something like a technical type fonts, because that banner could look like a gateway to the Matrix, with the proper adjustments, it would look like you are looking inside a comp and just analyze the entrance, like a DBZ scouter or some sort.
Overall, it was nicely done, although it is rahter too simple. But eh, I like.
