YAY, I finally made another good pic IMHO.
I know that "Royboi" revolves around Vash, but I've been thinking, and now I'll pass on to Ryudo soon XD
Well, in prep for that change, I've made a new License already, and I noticed, that IMHO, its my best work XD

P.S:
Overwriting in work now, so the new one will have a border, but the one you see now might not, so it'll have a border soon ^_^
Well, after a lot of thinking, and editing, I made a better version of the one above (only added where needed)
i think this one may have a little much, comments please ^_^
EDIT:
Because EXP07 is critisizing (sp?) me about Erics faded rectangle near the Republic, I guess I'm gonna say that I did get it from Eric. Hes pretty cool, and that was all i wanted.
