I personally hate using borders but half the time I do stuff I'm told to stick a border on it so that it doesn't leak into the background. -.-;
What I generally do is create a new layer right at the top and then use the fill tool on that layer. Then zoom in cut out the middle bit. I only use plain borders obviously.  |
