Well, the foreground looks pretty good, but I have no clue what is going on with the city in the background 
It would have looked better using your own custom effects for a background than using the city.
And it looks like you used the city to make the little bubbly thingamabobs(if you did its ok, just saying thats what it looks like, and nothing is wrong with that)
but yeah... anyway...
