Sephiroth was somewhat obligated to seeing how Aeris' Holy was a huge roadblock in his plans. But other than that, the murder of Aeris was just emotionally captivating. Although it may have been saddening, it was a perfect portrayal of Sephiroth's wicked, uncaring demeanor towards those who stood in his way. It shone a crimson light on Sephiroth that multiplied his horrendous aura of blood-curdling evil. Sephiroth is amazing for that one reason. For killing the innocent. It was an artistic change in plot and one of the best parts of Final Fantasy VII.
Do not mess with the game's vibe. *throws a moogle at you and runs* |
