heh Mine and your Xavier i agree with this, like have stages depending on how many people join. Each people from each stage depending how many question they got right goes through the new round.

example (sorry cant put it into words that well)

Round ___ 16 people
Quater Finals 8 people
Semi Finals etc. 4 people
Finals etc. 2 people

CHAMP

Each stage getting to the Finals becoming harder
