Welcome! Any New members want 2 join post and say what area you would like 2 be under. If theres an area you want that you don't see tell me and i'll see what i can do. Heads, you will have the first say in weither or not they may join you. Then i or my assistant will decided if they are worthy enough to join! If they are, and put in your group you are in charge of them. They are your responsablity! 3 strikes and there out! Only you can give them strikes though. However if anyone has a problem with them they must tell you about it (personaly not in thread) and you must decied what should be done. If you are not sure then i or my assistant will do what we fell will work. Just PM us or Email us or whatever and well will get back 2 you.
