First and foremost, I'm strongly against sexual experiances with people you aren't EXREMELY comfortable with, and have known for a LONG time. I won't go into that though, in respect for your condition. Don't be to ashamed though, most people these days are fed so many pathtic images -- trends by society per say. Moral depth in this day and age is as shallow as a well in Afghanistan.
It's natural for teenagers, especially girls, to be subjected to sexual encounters at younger ages. With the amount of people having sex with multible partners, and the lies that accumulate about sexual experiance.. STD's are multiplying in numbers by the day.
What you describe, and how you described it is quite vague.. so please, I truly suggest you go see a doctor if the problem remains this way for several more days or worsens.
Ask your parents to take you, and ask for privacy. It's a serious problem. Don't feel to bad if you do have a STD though, 1 out of 5 people in America alone has a STD.
There are a few possiblitys of what it may be.. ( It might not be ANYTHING at all! Your lips may just be fussy, but I still suggest seeing a trusted doctor.)
If it is ANYTHING, it sounds like a mild case of Herpes. Though it probaly is not, you would of developed cold sore by now most likely.
Herpes ::
Herpes simplex is a common and usually mild recurrent skin condition. It can cause "cold sores" or "fever blisters" on the mouth or face--what is called oral herpes. It can also cause similar symptoms in the genital area, which is known as genital herpes. About 50 percent to 80 percent of the adult population in the United States has oral herpes.
SYMTOMS OF HERPES ::
+ One or more sores, blisters, cuts, pimples, bumps or a rash
Itching, burning or tingling in the genital or mouth area.
+ Flu-like symptoms (headache, fever, )
A person may show symptoms within days after contracting genital herpes, or it may take weeks, months or years.
Some people may have a severe outbreak within days after contracting the virus. Some people may have a first outbreak so mild that they do not notice it. It can be difficult for people to know when and from whom they may have contracted the virus.
Syphilis::
Another common possiblity is Syphilis, it is more common if your partner is african american in decendance.
Syphilis is passed during vaginal, oral and **** sex, even if there is no sexual penetration. It is usually transmitted more by african american decendants. If your boyfriend is african american, it certainly is a possiblity. If he isn't.. it still is.
It develops in ten to 90 days after contact with the bacteria.
Usually a single, painless sore, that might look like a crater.
The sore can last from one to five weeks. It will go away by itself, but if you don't get treatment, you still have syphilis.
